Ultra rare 'King Sun' (mod. 4045/5) table lamp by Gae Aulenti for Kartell, Italy 1967.
Radical design composed of a heavy cast aluminium base in a warm orange lacquer and 9 thick acrylic glass shades.
The light is beautifully spread true the acrylic glass. Statement piece and a piece of design history.
In excellent original condition.
