White Plaster French Midcentury Room Divider, 1950s

Impressive sculptural room divider, France 1950s. Unique and huge piece made out of plaster (metal wire inside) with beautiful artistic expression, all handcrafted by the artist. Beautiful dynamic and sharp line play and expression, showing a dancing couple. The sculpture has a nice solid oak framing and tubular metal feet and rods to the ceiling. Both the feet as the rods are adjustable so that the sculpture can be clamped between floor and ceiling without the need to drill it. Very characteristic piece in excellent condition.
